License-free radio frequency bands
ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) bands are frequency ranges designated for license-free use worldwide. In Europe, the 868 MHz band is relevant; in North America, it is 915 MHz; and globally, it is 433 MHz. Use is subject to requirements such as duty cycle restrictions and maximum transmit power (EIRP).
