MeshCore feature for restricting packet distribution to specific areas
Region-based scoping (introduced in MeshCore v1.10.0) restricts packet distribution to defined areas. Repeaters check the scope header of each message and discard packets whose scope is not included in their list of regions. The "*" symbol represents the global scope.
