A Companion is the end device that allows users to actively participate in the MeshCore network. There are BLE Companions (which connect via Bluetooth to a smartphone and the MeshCore app) and USB Serial Companions (which connect via a USB cable to a computer or web client). Standalone devices such as the LilyGo T-Deck combine Companion functionality into a single device with its own keyboard and display.
