Diese MeshCore-fähige Kombination besteht aus einem Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040-Mikrocontroller mit Dual-Core Arm Cortex-M0+, 264 KB SRAM und 2 MB Flash) und dem Waveshare Pico-LoRa-SX1262-Erweiterungsmodul. Das LoRa-Modul basiert auf dem Semtech SX1262 mit einer programmierbaren Sendeleistung von bis zu 22 dBm, einer hohen Empfangsempfindlichkeit von bis zu -148 dBm sowie Unterstützung für LoRa-, FSK- und GFSK-Modulation und das LoRaWAN-Protokoll. Es wird über einen Standard-Pico-Header aufgesteckt, verfügt über einen PH1.25-Akkuanschluss mit Ladecontroller sowie zwei Status-LEDs und ist je nach Region in verschiedenen Frequenzbändern (z. B. 433/868/915 MHz) erhältlich. Der Pico selbst hat kein WLAN, Bluetooth oder GPS. Es handelt sich um eine DIY-Kombination aus zwei separaten Bauteilen, die selbst zusammengesteckt werden muss.

This build is based on official MeshCore 1.15.0 dev branch (as of 25-May-2026 and additionally includes the following unmerged upstream PRs/changes:

Additional changes:
  • Flood adverts are disabled (flood.advert.interval set to 0) by default
  • :new: modified PR1810 to not block flood adverts but only PAYLOADTYPEGRPTXT and PAYLOADTYPEGRPDATA so that some limited flood advert distribution can be managed via PR2553 to support e.g. observer maps.
